 Warranty Certificate 

 

Congratulations…  and Thank you for choosing a quality Kinezo product.  Our commitment to you, not only lies in our quality products but we also back our products with a 12-month national warranty.  Should you, contrary to expectations, experience defects due to manufacturing faults during private use within the warranty period form the date of purchase, we shall be liable for warranty in accordance with statutory warranty regulations provided that:

 

Warranty

The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.  Defects that occur within the warranty period, under normal use and care will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion, solely at our option with no charge for parts or labour.  The buyer will be responsible for returning the item.  Our 3rd party quality service technician will repair your item. Once we receive the item and act appropriately to fix the pending issue we will ship your item back to you at our expense.  If the item has be tampered with (eg. Opened without kinezo authorisation, warranty will be void) You may be liable for courier and technician charges if there is no fault found.

 

Service during the warranty period

Please be advised that you must keep your original product packaging if transportation is required to repair the unit.  In the event that you do not have original packaging, you will be responsible to pack the product safely for transportation.  Kinezo will not be liable for any damage occurred during transit when the unit is not packed properly.

 

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase (invoice or paid order confirmation) must be provided when requesting service under the warranty periods.

 

Normal Wear and Tear

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product or parts.

 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Any defect caused by an accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorised modification, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorised by Kinezo.
  • Any product that has been damaged by a lighting strike either directly or indirectly or a main’s power surge or liquid ingress.
  • Any product that has not been installed operated or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions provided with the product.
  • Cracked screens are not covered under warranty.  Only in the case of DOA (Dead on Arrival) will a cracked screen be covered under warranty.
  • Any product that has been used for purposes other than domestic use.
  • If the product is located outside Australia.
  • Any damage caused by improper power input or improper cable connection.

Kinezo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty at any time without notice.
